GENERAL QUESTIONS

Yes! We occasionally release free mockups. You can find them in our Free section or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when new free mockups are available.

Our mockups are optimized for Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 and newer versions. Older versions may have limited compatibility with some features.

Open the PSD (TIFF) file in Photoshop, find the smart object layer, double-click on it, insert your design, save and close. Your design will automatically appear on the mockup.

You will receive files in PSD (TIFF) format for editing and JPG for preview.

We don't offer trial versions, but all product pages include detailed preview images and file information to help you make an informed decision.

Currently, we focus on our ready-made mockup collection. For custom requests, please contact us to discuss possibilities.

LICENSING

We offer three license types:

  • Personal License: For personal projects, portfolio, and learning only
  • Commercial License: For client work and marketing, up to 5 commercial projects
  • Extended Commercial License: Unlimited projects, resale products, mass production (500+ units)

Yes! For product listings and marketing, you need a Commercial License. If you're creating products for resale (like templates), you need an Extended Commercial License.

You can only share the final rendered images/results. You cannot share the original PSD (TIFF) source files with anyone, including clients.

AFTER PURCHASE

Immediately after successful payment, you'll receive a download link via email and the files will be available in your account dashboard under "My Orders" or "Downloads".

You will receive files in PSD (TIFF) format for editing and JPG for preview.

First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, log into your account all your purchased files are available there for download. If the files are not showing in your account either, please contact our support team.

Occasionally, system errors or security checks may delay file delivery. Check your account first if the files aren't there, contact our support team with your order confirmation or transaction details, and we'll manually grant you access.

Contact us immediately with your order number, and we'll help you upgrade to the correct license. You'll only need to pay the difference.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once files are downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues that we cannot resolve, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.

For security purposes, some transactions may be flagged for review to prevent fraud. Please contact our support team to verify your purchase, and we'll release your files once confirmed.

No worries! Simply log into your account and re-download all your purchased files anytime. Your purchases are permanently saved in your account.

Forever! Your purchased files remain in your account indefinitely, and you can re-download them whenever you need.
