Paying for it
Paid by card
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices are in US dollars, and your bank may add a conversion fee if your card is in another currency.
Your work stays yours
Anything you exported while your membership was active stays licensed to you, for finished work and for work still in progress. Cancelling stops new exports, it does not take back the rights to files you already have.

Cancel at any time from this page - no questions asked, no forms to fill out, no one to talk to. You keep your access until the end of the period you have paid for.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?
You keep your access until the day your next payment would have been due. After that your saved boxes stay where they are, but you can no longer export from them. Anything you exported while your membership was active is still licensed to you - cancelling does not take back the rights to files you already have.
Can I switch my plan or billing period?
Yes, from this page, at any time. We show you the exact amount before anything is charged, and nothing changes until you confirm it. Moving up starts straight away: you pay the new price for the rest of this period, less what you have already paid for the time you did not use. Moving down waits until the period you have paid for runs out, so you keep what you bought until then. Switching from monthly to yearly works like moving up.
Do you have a discount on yearly plans?
Yes. A year costs the same as ten months, so you save about 17% and get two months free. You are billed once rather than every month, and it renews once a year until you cancel.
Can I sell the boxes I design?
Yes, on Studio and Pro. The commercial licence covers every dieline and model you export while your membership is active, for client work and for products you sell. Existing licensed uses stay covered after you leave.
How do the member discounts work?
Sign in and your discount is applied at checkout by itself - there is no code to enter and nothing to remember. It covers the collections in the shop and the studio services we quote for, and it applies for as long as your membership is active.
What happens if my payment fails?
Stripe retries the payment over about two weeks and emails you so you can update the card. Your membership stays active meanwhile, so nothing is lost if one of those attempts goes through. If none of them does, the membership ends and you can start again whenever you like.
All prices are in US dollars. Any applicable tax is added at checkout based on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe. Member discounts apply to your account while your membership is active.
