Personal License

Summary

The Personal License allows a single individual to use the digital asset for strictly non-commercial, personal purposes. This license is intended for private use only and does not permit use in any project that generates income, promotes a business, or is publicly monetized.

Permitted Uses (What You Can Do):

You may use the asset under a Personal License for:

• Personal projects that are not intended to generate revenue
• Personal learning, experimentation, or practice
• Student work or academic assignments
• Display in a personal portfolio (e.g. Behance, Dribbble) as long as the asset is not used to promote a business or service
• Personal social media posts not connected to a brand, influencer account, or monetized platform
• Use on a personal website or blog that does not sell products or services, and does not display ads or affiliate links
• Creating mockups for internal drafts or presentation purposes, where no client or revenue is involved
  
  

Restricted Uses (What You CanNOT Do):

The following are not allowed under a Personal License:

• Use in any commercial project or for client work
• Use in marketing, advertising, or promotional content for a product, brand, or business
• Use on monetized social media accounts, business websites, or online stores
• Use in mobile apps, software UI, games, or web apps (even if free)
• Distribution of the asset or its modified form (including for free)
• Use in any print-on-demand service or creation of physical products
• Incorporating the asset into end products for sale (e.g. merch, templates, digital bundles)
• Sharing the asset with friends, teams, or collaborators
• Uploading the asset to any asset-sharing platform or storage intended for public access

Legal & Licensing Terms

• This license is non-transferable and granted to a single individual only.
• You may not sublicense, resell, rent, share, or redistribute the asset in any way.
• You may not claim copyright or ownership over the asset, even if modified.
• You must retain any embedded copyright or license info where applicable.
• If you want to use the asset commercially in the future, you must purchase an upgrade to a Commercial or Extended Commercial License.

Ownership & Copyright

The copyright and all intellectual property rights to the asset remain the exclusive property of Grid&Glow (or the respective creator). Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the asset to you.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the asset complies with all applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and the terms of this license.
