How fast will I get my files?
Standard delivery is 7 business days.
Need it sooner? Rush delivery is available for an extra fee. Just mention your deadline in the brief and we'll let you know what we can do.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the complexity, number of variants and license type.

What do you need from me to get started?
Whatever you have.
Reference photos, dimensions, design files, scene ideas. No CAD files? No problem, we work from photos and sketches too.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Pre-launch and confidential work is common for us, and we're glad to sign your NDA before any files change hands or provide our own. Everything you share stays confidential from the first conversation.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds are included with every project.
Lighting, materials, angles, background. If you need geometry changes to the model itself, we'll quote that separately.
How does licensing work?
There's no one-size-fits-all here. We select the right license together, based on how you'll use the work and your budget, from commercial studio rights, to an exclusive mockup that stays yours alone, to a full buyout with the 3D source files. Tell us your goal and we'll recommend the best fit, with the terms written clearly into the agreement.
