Discovery & Scoping
Brief, sitemap, page list, technical requirements and a fixed quote. We agree what gets built, what it costs and when it ships before a single line of code is written.
Design & Prototype
Figma prototype and a design system built from your brand book. You sign off page by page on desktop and mobile before development starts.
Build
Shopify theme development, custom sections, product configurators, quote and brief forms, third-party integrations. A staging link goes up in week one and updates as we go, so you watch the site take shape.
QA & Testing
Cross-browser and mobile testing, Core Web Vitals, full checkout run, form submissions, accessibility checks and SEO validation. You get a QA report and sign off before launch.
Launch
DNS cutover, 301 redirects from the old site, analytics and tracking, search console setup. Staged rollout so nothing breaks on the day.
Care & Support
Updates, security patches, performance monitoring, bug fixes and new sections as the brand grows. Monthly retainer or per-project.

How long does a website take?
A landing page takes 1-2 weeks, a business site 2-6 weeks, stores and custom builds 3-10 weeks. Content readiness is the biggest factor: ready texts and photos cut 2-4 weeks.
What if I do not have texts or photos?
We handle copywriting, stock photography and structure: pick 'Need copywriting + visuals' in the calculator and we include it in the quote.
Who owns the website?
You do: domain, design, code and content are 100% yours, handed over at launch.
Do you maintain sites after launch?
Yes: hosting, backups, security, edits and a monthly report on a simple maintenance plan, or we hand everything over: your choice.
Can you work with my existing site?
Yes: redesigns, speed-ups, moving to Shopify or Wix, or adding features like booking, AI chat and email marketing to what you have.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included with every project. Extra rounds are a fixed rate agreed before they start.
