Brand identity for consumer goods

Brands built to a system, not a mood board.

Logo systems, colour, typography and the rules that hold them together - so every pack, page and post reads as the same brand across food, beverage, cosmetics, pet care, supplements and household.

Documented systems
We design for Food & beverage, cosmetics, pet care, supplements, household and DTC brands

One system. Every touchpoint on brand.

We design the mark, the palette, the type and the rules that govern them - then document it so anyone can apply the brand without breaking it.

Brand design with rules, not guesswork.

Every colour, weight and spacing rule is decided on purpose and written down, so the brand survives contact with a dozen designers, printers and freelancers.

01

A system, not a logo

Colour, type, layout and tone come with rules, so the fifth person to use the brand gets the same result as the first.

02

Tested before it ships

Every mark is checked on dark, on light, at 16px and in one colour before it is signed off - not only on a hero slide.

03

Built to grow

One visual language stretches across new products, new packs and new channels without a redesign each time.

04

Documented, then handed over

You get guidelines your team and any agency can follow, plus source files and font licences in your name.

05

Works on pack and on screen

The identity is drawn for print and for a 40px avatar at the same time, so nothing breaks when it lands on shelf or on a feed.

06

Category-fluent

Food, beverage, cosmetics, pet care, supplements and household - we know what each category's buyers already expect.

Palettes chosen, not sampled.

Every palette is picked against the category, checked for contrast and specified for both screen and press - so the colour on the pack matches the colour on the page.

Type with a job to do.

A display face, a text face and a scale - each weight given a role, so layouts stop being decided one headline at a time.

Common questions, answered.

Everything you might want to know before sending a brief. Anything we missed? Ask on the next page.

What exactly do I own at the end?

Everything: full rights to the identity, editable source files (AI / SVG / Figma), export-ready logo packs for print, web and social, and the guidelines document. Webfont licences are bought in your name so nothing is tied to us.

How long does it take?

Logo and essentials takes 2-3 weeks, a full identity 4-6 weeks, and a complete brand system with rollout 8-12 weeks. Those run from the moment the brief is approved and assume feedback inside a couple of days. Current studio load sets the start date, and we confirm exact dates in your quote. Rush delivery is available.

How many directions and revisions do I get?

Identity projects start with 2-3 genuinely different directions, shown on real applications rather than on a white square. You pick one, then two revision rounds are included. Extra rounds are a fixed rate agreed before they start.

Do you write the guidelines?

Yes. Every identity ships with a usage document: logo clear space and minimum sizes, colour values for screen, print and packaging substrates, type scale, layout rules and do-nots. Small projects get a one-page sheet, full systems get a proper brand book.

Can you handle naming and trademark checks?

We help with naming and shortlists, and we run informal searches before committing to a mark. Formal trademark clearance and filing is done by your IP lawyer - we prepare whatever files they need.

Can you refresh what we already have?

Often the better call. If the mark still has equity we keep it and rebuild everything around it: colour, type, layout and applications. We say up front which parts are worth keeping and which are holding you back.
